Red Sox president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski says decisions on pitching for next year are on hold until closer Craig Kimbrel decides to accept or reject salary arbitration.

The Sox have a $17.9 million dollar arbitration offer on the table and Kimbrel has until early next week to make a decision.

Most baseball people think he will reject the offer and become a free agent.
