The Boston Bruins played for the first time without injured captain Zdeno Chara and probably played their best all-around game of the young season. A 4-1 dominating win at Toronto.
Defenseman Dougie Hamilton stepped up his play by scoring a goal and assisting on two others.
Tuukka Rask made 32 save in net.
The Bruins are back to.500 at 5-5. Tha Maple Leafs are 3-4-1.
