Stephen Drew returns to the Boston Red Sox lineup tonight when the Sox play in Cleveland. He's back at shortstop and hitting 8th. Xander Bogaerts moves to third base.

What a long, strange trip back to the Sox lineup for Drew.

He was offered a $14-million-dollar one year arbitration deal. He turned it down. No other team signed him. He spent time in the spring working out at agent Scott Boras training camp in Florida and finally signed a pro-rated $14-million-dollar deal back with the Sox. it means Drew will make about $10-million this year.

Here's Drew and the starting lineup for Monday night...

1. Brock Holt (L) 1B
2. Xander Bogaerts (R) 3B
3. Dustin Pedroia (R) 2B
