Wade Miley was pulled from the game after just four innings last night, having given up five earned runs on nine hits including three home runs.  When Miley made it to the dugout he let Red Sox manager John Farrell hear it, voicing his displeasure for all to see as the NESN cameras picked up his rant.  Miley had only thrown 69 pitches and it was just a two-run deficit, so he wanted to stay in the game and Farrell said afterward that he appreciated Miley's competitive spirit.  Today we want to know your thoughts...
