Things went A-OK for Eduardo Rodriguez and Christian Vazquez at Hadlock Field in Portland last night as the two rehabbing Red Sox players helped the Sea Dogs beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats 12-6.

E-Rod pitched the first four innings, not allowing any runs. He gave up two hits, two walks and struck out six. It was his second Portland rehab start coming back from an ankle injury.

Vazquez is working his way back from a broken finger and he caught E-Rod. At the plate, he had a single, a sac fly, three RBI and a run scored.

The big bat for the Sea Dogs was first baseman Jantzen Witte who went 4-for-5 with a homer and three RBI.

Heading into the final week of their Eastern League Double A season, the Dogs are now 59-73
