J.D. Martinez blasted two home runs and Eduardo Rodriguez pitched 5.2 shutout innings as the Red Sox completed their series with Baltimore scoring a 5-0 victory.

Martinez slammed home runs #14 and #15 and knocked in three runs. Andrew Benintendi ripped a home run, had three hits and drove in two runs.

The Sox have now hit more more home runs(68) than any team in franchise history 47 games into a season.

On the hill, E-Rod went 5.2, giving up no runs, nine hits and seven strikeouts. They left the game with the bases loaded but Heath Hembree got the last out in the 6th.

The Sox sit at 32-15, tied for first place with the Yankees.
