Husson University just missed out on their first postseason win as they lose to Salve Regina 42-39 in the final minute of the ECAC Bowl.The Eagles were clinging to a 39-35 lead when the Seahawks completed a 10 yard touchdown pass with just :58 seconds remaining in the game. The scoring strike form Brandon Basil was his 5th of the game as he finished with 421 yards passing.

Husson's freshman quarterback Corey Brandon threw 3 touchdown passes himself but his lone interception came on the first play of the Eagles final drive that sealed the win for Salve Regina and ended the season for Husson.

Sophomore running back John Smith capped another impressive season by rushing for 276 yards and 3 touchdowns in the loss.

Gabby Price's team finished the 2015 campaign with a 7-3 record and had a defense that ranked in the top 5 nationally for the majority of the season.
