After scoring another doubleheader sweep over a conference foe Saturday afternoon, Husson University basketball teams now know their playoff fate heading into the final week of the regular season.

The Eagles men's team controls its own destiny. Two wins down the stretch gives them a NAC regular season title and the#1 seed.

The Eagles women's team now knows it cannot win the #1 seed.Coach Kissy Walker's team will finish either #2 or #3 in the playoff field.

Husson Men 80  Johnson St 54: The Eagles set the tone in the first half in this one, leading 45-22 at halftime. By the end of the day, the Eagles had 80 points and shot 49% from the floor. Balanced scoring with Bruce St. Peter with 14, Kyanti Blyden with 13 an Raheem Anderson with 12. Husson is 14-2 NAC, 18-5 overall.

Husson Women 66  Johnson St 37: The Eagles got off to a quick start, leading 20-5 after one quarter and then the overall team depth took over. Husson forced the Badgers to turn the ball over 30 times and scored 25 times off those turnovers. The Eagles bench outscored Johnson St. Sami Ireland and Hayden Campbell each scored 11 to lead Husson.
