Falcons Knocked Out By Windham

The Brewer Falcons American Legion baseball team had their season come to an end with after losing to Windham 8-2.The Falcons couldn't seem to find the momentum that carried them to a Zone 1 championship a week ago. After losing to Fayette-Staples of South Berwick in Wednesdays opener, Brewer fell behind Windham early thanks to a combination of walks, errors and a 2-run homerun off the bat of Shawn Francouer. Brewer's best chance at a comeback came in the 8th inning when they had bases loaded with one out but failed to score.

The Falcons finish the season with a record of 16-10.
