It was a big day at Foxboro as fans and players alike wished Tom Brady a very happy birthday as the QB turned 39 today.

The four-time Super Bowl winning QB celebrated, at least initially, by practicing with the team and working on his conditioning.  Brady will also now be the oldest non-kicker player to lace up the cleats on the field in the NFL this season after the retirement of Peyton Manning this past winter.

Fans in attendance serenaded Brady with a chorus of “Happy Birthday” throughout the practice session that was open to the public. Bill Belichick met with the media for his weekly duties and wanted to make sure Pats fans didn’t forget about lineman Chris Barker who also celebrated a birthday Wednesday and turned 26. Brady's wife Gisele Bundchen also wished him a happy birthday via Instagram.
