Farrell: “Feeling Pretty Darn Good” [VIDEO]

Red Sox manager John Farrell told reporters in a conference call this afternoon that he went through six months on chemotherapy in an 8-week period in his fight against cancer.

Doctors have told Farrell the cancer is in remission and he is cleared to resume work duties.

In fact, he will leave for Arizona tomorrow for five days of organizational meetings to map out the off-season.
