It was a tough start for a Hermon teen when he flipped his car on the day he got his license. Road conditions and possibly speed were factors in the crash.

WVII-TV reports the teen told deputies he was doing 40 on the Billings Road when his car hit a patch of ice. The car left the road and flipped over in a driveway.

Deputies told WVII they believe he may have been going faster than he claimed. He was wearing his seat belt and was not injured in the crash.
