Former UMaine men's basketball standout Justin Edwards will be suiting up for the Toronto Raptors in Summer League play in Las Vegas.

Edwards was listed as one of the players for the Raptors squad and will be given a chance to impress the front office to get an NBA or G-League contract for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

The guard played overseas with TLI Alba Fehervar in Hungary last season and averaged 14.3 points per game which was second on the team.

Edwards played two seasons at UMaine before transfering to Kansas State to play out his eligibility.  He logged 887 points during his time at UMaine from 2011-13.
