The Red Sox had plenty of chances to score runs - in the fourth inning, the sixth, the seventh and in the ninth. But no key hits and it meant another frustrating loss, 2-1 to the Texas Rangers.

Last night the Sox were 1-for-8 with runners in scoring position. On the year, the Sox are 0-for-19 with two outs and the bases loaded.

The only run - a Xander Bogaerts solo home run.

All of this spoiled another good start for Joe Kelly. He pitched seven innings giving up just two runs.
