A wild day and night at Kansas Speedway for Maine's NASCAR Truck Series driver Austin Theriault. In the end, a not-so-bad 14th place finish.

The young Fort Kent racer had to go to a backup truck when he crashed into teammate Tyler Reddick. Reddick had crashed into the wall and smoke created visability problems.

Theriault started the night race in 23rd place and got up to 17th before having to avoid another wreck in front of him. He saved the truck but lost a lap.

At the end of the night, Theriault was able to bring the #29 truck in with a 14th place finish. Teammate Tyler Reddick was 13th.

Theriault will drive in 13 races for the Brad Keselowski Truck Team. Friday night's race was his second one.
