Red Sox fans watching the ESPN Film documentary “Four Days In October” were left scratching their heads when the sixth game of the ALCS was omitted from the showing.

Game Six was the famous bloody sock contest in which Curt Schilling went to the hill after undergoing a procedure to be able to make the start.  Schilling gave a strong effort and the Sox won the game setting up the seventh contest and the eventual series win.  The former Red Sox was recently fired from ESPN after controversial comments made on his social media accounts were made public.

Schilling recently said that he is close to announcing his next media position in which he claims will have at least “twice the listenership” that he had while a color commentator with the ESPN Sunday Night baseball broadcasts.
