Greater Bangor Open: Round One

Day one of the 47th Greater Bangor Open Golf Tournament saw Jesse Larson of Vermont post the low score of 6-under-par 63. Larson is coming off a win at the New Hampshire Open just a few days ago.

Mark Baldwin is one shot back after posting a 5-under-64, while defending champion Will Mitchell of Ontario Canada came in 4 shots back.

A couple Mainers are also off to good starts as Ryan Gay of Pittston who just turned pro after the Maine Amateur and Bangor native Jesse Speirs are both 1-under-par.
