It was another interesting day at Gillette Stadium as Chandler Jones spoke for the first time about his weekend incident and the report of a new injury for Rob Gronkowski.

Hours after coach Bill Belichick got frustrated with questions about the Jones incident that took place over the weekend, the Patriots defensive end addressed the media for the first time following the teams practice. While he admitted to making a "stupid mistake", he was not specific as to what that mistake was.

The other big news came on the injury front as tight end Rob Gronkowski missed his second consecutive practice. Word got around that he went to the hospital to get a pain injection for a knee injury. It is unclear if the injury is to the same knee that was sprained a few weeks ago. What was a surprise to most came when the team issued their latest injury report and listed Gronk not only with a knee injury but also a back injury.

While Gronk has not had back issues this season he does have a history with back problems. He missed his senior season at Arizona following back surgery and had another procedure performed in the off season following the 2013 season.

Below is the latest injury report released by the Patriots Thursday night.
