Gronk Says “No Setbacks”
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski says there have been no setbacks as he works his way back from knee surgery. Gronk was absent from practices and the preseason game in Washington last week.
He did return to practice yesterday and simply said last week was a time for rehabilitation with trainers.
Gronk is not yet cleared for contact.
The Pats go through another practice in Foxboro today and then starting Tuesday will run joint practices with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Pats and Eagles play Friday night at Gillette Stadium.
Live coverage of Friday's game begins at 4:30pm on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket.
