New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski joined hundreds of other participants in shaving their head for the seventh annual Buzz Off For Kids With Cancer charity event on Sunday.

Gronk allowed two children cancer survivors to shave his head at the event.  The kids shaved a mohawk before giving the tight end the clean shaven look.

The event is to raise money for funding of programs and parties for those in need at the Boston Children's Hospital and the Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, RI.

The Patriots will have OTAs in Foxboro on Tuesday morning in which Gronkowski is scheduled to attend.  New England will get its season underway on September 11th against the Arizona Cardinals.
