When Patriots fans last saw Rob Gronkowski he was getting carted off the field with a knee injury. He was looking much better on Tuesday when he issued a video to talk about his pending rehab.

Gronk sustained a bone bruise and knee strain in the Sunday night loss against the Denver Broncos and reports indicate he will miss at least a couple weeks. In the video he talks about working hard in rehab so he can get back on the field. He also noted that there is no time table for his return. Only that he would be back on the field once he feels 100% and is cleared by all the doctors.

Earlier in the day the Patriots released a short statement about Gronk's injury which can be seen below. The Pats will play at home this Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Patriots statement about Gronkowski injury:

“During Sunday night’s game, Rob Gronkowski sustained a bone bruise/sprain of his right knee. His status will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis and listed accordingly on the practice participation and injury reports. There is no timetable for his readiness to return, which will be determined in the days or hours prior to the appropriate game. Any timetable reported prior to that final determination would be speculative.”
