Indianapolis Colts v New England Patriots  Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski might go under the knife for a fourth time on his injured forearm according to a report in the Boston Herald.Gronk had surgery in February to treat an infection that developed in the area where a plate was installed to help heal a fracture. His antibiotic treatment is coming to an end but doctors are not sure if the infection is gone. The report says the old plate needs to be replaced with a new one but if infection remains that will have to put on hold. That also means Gronkowski will likely not be ready for the season opener.
