Raymond Clayborn is heading to the New England Patriots Hall of Fame after the team made the official announcement on Monday afternoon.

The former corner-back Clayborn was a three-time pro bowler with New England and played with the team from 1977-1989.  He also shares the franchise record for most interceptions with Ty Law at 36.

Clayborn was elected into the hall by fan voting after the choices were taken down to the final three.  He becomes the 26th person to enter the Pats Hall of Fame and will be honored at Gillette Stadium later this summer.
