The Red Sox Sunday night comeback 5-4 win over the Yankees gives Boston a four game sweep and that hasn't happened since 1990. Most importantly, it gives the Sox a three game lead in the AL East with 13 games left on the schedule.

Hanley Ramirez hit two more home runs - a three run shot that brought the Sox within one at 4-3 and then a solo shot that gave them the 5-4 lead.

The Sox won this one with no David Ortiz in the lineup and no closer Craig Kimbrel. Both got the night off.

And, they won despite another poor start from Drew Pomeranz. He lasted just 3.2 innings, giving up seven hits and four runs.

Manager John Farrell is used six different bullpen guys to get the job done - Heath Hembree, Junichi Tazawa, Brad Ziegler, Robbie Scott, Joe Kelly and Koji Uehara.

At 85-64, the Sox head to Baltimore with a three game lead. It's Rick Porcello vs Dylan Bundy tonight.
