The world-famous Harlem Globetrotters had the Cross Insurance Center crowd in stitches Friday night, as the basketball comedians opened the new $65-million facility in Bangor.

True to form, the Globetrotters had a tough time with the International Elite through much of the game, but pulled away in the last quarter with some dazzling dunks and long range shots. They also managed to keep the crowd laughing with their horseplay on and off the court.
