Lewiston runner Isaiah Thomas missed out on a chance to run in the IAAF Track & Field World Championships final for the 800M event.

After qualifying for the semi-final on Saturday, Harris ran a 1:46.66 in his heat on Sunday. That was 4th best and 17th best overall. He will not get a spot in the finals on Tuesday in London.

It has been a whirlwind year for the former Lewiston multi-sport standout. He was Big 10 champ as a runner for Penn State and then finished runnerup in the NCAAs and U.S. Track and Field Championships.
