Husson and UMaine Farmington Hoops Split DH

The Husson University vs UMaine Farmington basketball battle ended with a doubleheader split. Husson's womens team won in overtime 65-63. UMP's mens team won the nightcap 71-64.

In the women's game, Husson's Stephanie Comstock scored 22 points and hauled down 14 rebounds.

The Eagles outscored the Beavers 8-6 in OT.

Both teams are now 5-4 in NAC play.

The men's game lived up to its billing too. The top two teams in the conference battled all night. UMF led by 4 at the half and got big night from Yusef Iman with 18 points. Ben Johnson scored 14.

Husson was led by Phil Leighton with 17 and Jacob Moore with 12.

Both teams are now 7-2 in conference play. They meet in Bangor for another conference doubleheader February 12th.
