The Husson baseball team slit a double header Saturday while the softball team got a no-hitter form Deb Colpitts in a sweep of Lyndon State.Husson baseball pounded out 14 hits in game one on their way to a 10-2 win over New England College. Jordan Carter had 2 hits and 3 rbi to pace the Eagles attack.

Ben Walls got the job done on the hill by going the distance for his 4th win of the season.

The Eagles must have used up all their offense in game one as they managed only 9 hits in the second game which they lost 4-0.

The two teams will play another double-header today.

Husson softball took both ends of a double header beating Lyndon State 9-1 and 8-0. Deb Colpitts pitched the third no-hitter of the season in the second game which ended after 5 innings on the mercy rule. Kayla Merrill and Haley Spiers each had 3 hits and 2 rbi.

The Eagles wrap-up the conference regular season today when they host Johnson State for a double header starting at 11am.
