Husson Gets #7 Seed In NCAA Tourney

  The Husson University softball team now knows they're headed to the Babson Park Regional in the NCAA Tourney this week.The Eagles received the #7 seed in the eight team regional and will play #2 seed Rowan College Thursday at 4pm. Husson goes into their 5th straight regional with a record of 28-16 after winning the North Atlantic Conference title.

The Rowan Profs have put together a 37-7 record but lost in the semifinals as the top seed in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Tourney.

Another Maine school will also be in the regional as St. Joe's College grabbed the # 5 seed and will play #4 Springfield College Thursday at noon.
