Husson Hosts UMF With 1st Place At Stake
First place in the North Atlantic Conference is on the line when the Husson Eagles take on the UMaine Farmington Beavers Tuesday at 5:30PM. The game will also help decide which team hosts the conference final-4 if that team makes it to the semis.
Husson enters the game with a 12-3 NAC record. UMF is 13-3 and already owns a win over the Eagles for earlier in the season.
Both the Eagles and Beavers went 2-0 last week. UMF's senior center Ben Johson is the reigning player-of-the-week in the NAC, averaging 21 ppg and 17 rpg in the two wins.
Following the 5:30PM men's matchup the Husson and UMF women's team play at Newman Gymnasium. Husson is 7-8, UMF 9-7.
