The Husson men's basketball team has added another recruit to bolster its roster for the upcoming season, a 6-foot-5 forward out of Oklahoma.

Brett Cunningham will be the first Oklahoman to play men's basketball at Husson.

At Harrah High School last season, Cunningham averaged 19 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. He shot 37 percent from three-point range.

Cunningham, a 1,500-point scorer during his high school career, made the 2018 Oklahoma large school all-state team and the Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association all-star team.

He joins Trey Sibert of Tampa, Florida, and Ian McIntyre of Hampden as the third member of the team's offseason recruiting class.
