The NFL upheld it's punishment of Tom Brady suspending him 4 games for "Deflategate", so what do you think they're going to do with the New York Jets' Sheldon Richardson.

Richardson, who won't be eligible for the first 4 games of the 2015 as a result of a failed marijuana test, was arrested the other day.

He was allegedly drag racing, and was reportedly going 122, 145 and 143 miles per hour. That's not all! Rather than pulling over when police attempted to stop him, he led them on a high speed chase through residential neighborhoods. When he ducked into a stranger's driveway and shut the car's lights off, police surrounded the car. They then drew their weapons when Richardson appeared to reach for something between his feet. When police looked into the car, they found a semi-automatic handgun, a 12 year old child and the smell of marijuana.

So... What's worse...Apparently orchestrating the deflating of footballs or drag racing, with a 12 year old in the car, while there's the odor of marijuana and a semi-automatic handgun in the car? And if one is worse than the other, how much worse?
