The Bangor Rams are headed to a fifth straight Class A North regional championship game thanks to a 14-6 wild win over the Lewiston Blue Devils in the semi-final game Saturday afternoon at Mansfield Stadium.

The Rams used a seven run 5th inning and a five run 6th inning to put away the Blue Devils.

Lewiston led 4-2 in the bottom of the 5th inning when the Rams scored runs on a bases loaded walk and a bases loaded hit-by-pitch and then the big hit - a bases clearing triple by senior shortstop Zach Ireland to break it open.

Lefty Carson Prouty got the win on the mound. He came on for senior starter Karl Sund.

The Rams improve to 17-1. The Blue Devils finish at 13-5.
