UMaine basketball shot a staggering 67% from the field, 60% from the three-point line and pounded North Dakota State 82-51.

Guard Sigi Koizar had the biggest day - 16 points, 10 assists, 6 rebounds and 7 steals. She committed just one turnover.

Sophie Weckstrom scored 17 points and Bella Swan added 14.

As a team, the Black Bears were 34-for-51(67%) from the floor and 9-for-15(60%) from the three-point line.

The Bears scored 27 points off 17 North Dakota State turnovers.

Maine returns from the two game mid-west roadtrip with a 1-1 record. The Bears are now 2-2 overall with a home game at the Cross Center in Bangor next on Wednesday afternoon against Central Connecticut State.
