Koizar,Team Austria Finish In 6th Place

UMaine's Sigi Koizar helped her Austria national team to a sixth place finish at the FIBA U20 European Championship. Her team finished with a 5-4 record.

Bosnia and Herzegoniva won the tourney with a 9-0 mark.

Koizar, who will be a junior at UMaine this fall, was 13th in the tournament field in scoring with 12ppg and #5 in rebounding with 8.8rpg. Koizar was 5th in minutes played, averaging almost 32 minutes a game.
