The Boston Bruins scored two goals late in the third period to beat the Calgary Flames 2-1.The Flames led one nothing with just over six minutes to play when David Krejci scored a powerplay goal by deflecting a Torey Krug shot to tie it up. Reilly Smith won the game when he skated in and shot the puck past Reto Berra with 4:33 left to play giving the Bruins their third straight win and 5th in the last 6 games. The win also extends Boston's lead in the Atlantic division to three points over the Canadiens.

The game marked the return of Bruin Jerome Iginla to Calgary where he played for 16 seasons. Iginla had four shots on goal but did not register a point.

The west coast Canadien trip continues for Boston on Thursday when they take on the Edmonton Oilers.
