Lewiston forward Kyle Lemelin's season did not end with the top team award, but he has received the top individual award.Lemelin was named the 19th winner of the Travis Roy award which goes to the top high school class A senior player on the state. Lemelin beat out Bangor's Justin Courtney, Nik Lemieux of Biddeford, and Alex Fallon of Thornton Academy for the honor.

Lemelin finished the season with 13 goals and 15 assists as the Blue Devils made it to the Eastern Maine semi-finals before losing to St. Dom's.

The award is named after Yarmouth's Travis Roy who was paralyzed 11 seconds into his first career shift as a Boston University Hockey player.
