Looking to extend their season long winning streak the Boston Celtics controlled play early against Orlando in the first half. However the Magic took over in the second half and came away with the 119-114 win.

The loss not only ends the Celtics winning streak at 5 games, but also extends their losing streak in Orlando to 5 games.

After leading by as many as 13 points the Magic started to put things together led by a group of young players that Boston could not find an answer to. Aaron Gordon set career highs with 19 points and 14 rebounds while Mario Hezonja added a career high 17 points.

Marcus Smart led Boston with 26 points and went 5-9 from the 3-point line. Isaiah Thomas added 23 points and Avery Bradley 22 but did not get much production from the rest of the roster with guys like Jae Crowder and Jared Sullinger finishing with just 5 points each.

Before returning home the Celtics will stop off in New York and play the Knicks on Tuesday.
