After dropping a game against Yale a week ago, the University of Maine football team resumes its CAA schedule today as the Stony Brook Seawolves invade Alfond Stadium. The Bears and Seawolves meet for just the 5th time with each team claiming two wins. The home teams have dominated the series with the road team losing all four games. Last season the Bears dropped a 19-7 game in New York.

Stony Brook plays a physical style of ball especially when it comes to their running game. This has given the Bears problems this season and is a concern heading into today's contes according to coach Jack Cosgrove.

Maine enters the game 2-1 in conference play and will only play CAA games the rest of the way. They will need to have success in the pass game to have a chance at winning the game. The Bears currently have the 4th rated passing offense in the conference.

Kickoff today at Alfond Stadium is 12:30pm.
