Maine Top Seed For Tourney

The Maine Black Bear baseball team lost to UMBC 6-5 Saturday afternoon but still will be the number one seed for the America East tournament when it starts on Wednesday.

The first round opponent is Stony Brook. The Seawolves needed to win on the final day to claim the #4 spot.

The Bears finish 34-20 while the Seawolves finish 23-32. Remember, Stony Brook won the AE tournament a year ago and then went all the way to the College World Series in Omaha.
