Mainer Ryan Flaherty Shows O’s Power

The Baltimore Orioles were swept over the weekend by the red-hot Toronto Blue Jays but don't blame Portland's Ryan Flaherty. The former Deering HS star hit three home runs over the weekend, including two Sunday afternoon.

Flaherty went 4 for 10 in the series with 3 home runs and 4 RBI. He's playing a lot of second base and some shortstop for the O's.

For the season, Flaherty is hitting .191 /  5 / 12.

Flaherty and the Birds open a series against the Cleveland Indians Monday night.
