Day two of the weekend series between the Husson Eagles and SUNY Canton Roos finished with a doubleheader sweep for the Eagles.

Husson Men 67  SUNY Canton 51: After losing to the Kangaroos Friday night, the Eagles men's knew this one was a must win and they did just that. Senior Justin Martin had a monster game with 21 points, 17 rebounds, two blocks and two steals.

Freshman guard Justice Kendall added 14 for Husson.

7-foot-1 center Andrew Finch had  13 points and 12 rebounds for SUNY,

The teams split the two game series and that leaves Husson at 6-1 in the NAC (10-6 overall). SUNY Canton is 6-2 and 10-9).

Husson Women 49  SUNY Canton 47: Give coach Kissy Walker 501 wins after her team hung on at the end to sweep the two game series. The Eagles had a six point lead but never scored again in the final two minutes and SUNY missed a last second layup that would have tied the game.

Kenzie Worcester had 17 and Emma Alley added 11 to lead Husson.

Antanasia Chambers led SUNY with 19.

The Eagles are 7-0 NAC and 11-6 overall. SUNY drops to 3-4 and 5-11.
