The Florida Panthers scored the first one and then the Boston Bruins scored the next five Saturday afternoon at Boston Garden. The 5-1 B's victory puts them back in first place in the Atlantic Division over Tampa Bay.

Rookie Ryan Donato scored his fourth goal in his first seven NHL games (above).He also had an assist.

Rookie Jake DeBrusk, in his first game back since an injury, scored twice and also had an assist.

Patrice Bergerson and Nick Holden scored the other goals as the Bruins manhandled the Panthers.

Tuukka Rask made 30 saves to get the win in net.

With a 49-17-11 record and 109 points, the Bruins take over the top spot by one point over Tampa Bay. And, the Bruins have a game in hand.

NOTE: More injuries to report on the B's front...Defenseman Brandon Carlo was taken off the ice on a stretcher after an apparent ankle injury...Veteran Riley Nash left the game after taking a puck off the right side of his head...And, before the game, young defensman Charlie McAvoy was named winner of the annual B's 7th Player Award, as voted on by fans (below)...
