MCI Runs Past Riots 48-18

The Orono Red Riots out a score into the undefeated MCI Huskies before the first place team in the LTC rolled to a 46-18 win.The Red Riots jumped out to a 12-0 lead in the first quarter on a Keenan Collette 7yard touchdown run, and a Jackson Coutts 58 yard touchdown pass to Connor McCluskey. The more experienced Huskies would then take control of the game by scoring the next 28 points on their way to the win.

The Huskies had three players rush for 100 yards or more with Willie Moss leading the way with 160 on 17 carries. Eli Bussell added 125 yards and three touchdowns, while Alex Bertrand chipped in with 100 and two touchdowns.

MCI moves to 7-0 on the season while Orono drops to 4-3.
