Mark Trapela, Mortgage Loan Officer: Mark accepted a newly designed job position at the Credit Union in 2005, as the mortgage loan officer. No question is too big or small for Mark, as he takes his job very seriously and is willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable during the home buying process. If you’re not in the market for a mortgage, Mark is also available to assist with consumer loans, credit cards, and any of your personal account needs. Mark graduated from the University of Maine in 1999 with a major in finance and a minor in economics.
Don Smith, Commercial Loan Officer: With over 20 year of commercial and mortgage lending, Don was hired at Penobscot County Federal Credit Union in 2007 to develop a new commercial lending department. Since his hire, he has assisted many area businesses grow and succeed. In addition to commercial lending, Don is available to speak with businesses about our no-fee checking accounts, our work4perksSM program offering employees of participating businesses preferred rates, and even your personal banking needs. Don is a graduate of the University of Maine and the New England School of Banking. He currently resides in Milford with his wife Kelly.
Missi Workman-Nadeau, V.P Member Services: Missi has been employed with the Credit Union since 1999. Along with her V.P. title, she is also the Old Town branch manager; she can assist you with all of your savings questions. If you are having trouble determining the best avenue for investing your funds, be sure to stop in or call Missi, and she will be able to point you in the right direction.
