NAC: Eagles Sweep Mariners
The Husson University Eagles completed a doubleheader sweep over Maine Maritime Academy in North Atlantic Conference action.
On the men's side, Husson won 91-70. The Eagles were led by Trevon Butler's 24 points. Three other players scored in double digits. Husson is 2-0 in the NAC, 4-1 overall.
MMA was led by Tyler Thayer and Brian Goda with 15 each. The Mariners are 0-2 in NAC and 1-5.
The women's game, Husson won 68-61. Chandler Guerrette led with 19. Katie Brochu with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
MMA's Maggie McConkey scored 15, Mary Badeen 14.
The Eagles are 2-0 in the NAC, 2-2 overall. The Mariners are 0-2, 1-4.
