NAC Golf: Husson Leads Into Final Round

All five Husson University golfers are in the top 10 in scoring after round one of the North Atlantic Conference Championship. Gavin Dugas leads for medalist honors with a 2-over par 74.

Nine teams are competing for the NAC title and the automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III national tournament that comes with the title.

Mackenzie Clow and Daulton Wickenden, both Husson golfers are part of a three-way tie for second place with scores of 76.

The Eagles first round team score of 303 is 17 strokes ahead of Salem State University.

Husson is the two-time defending NAC golf champ.

The second and final round is Monday.
