NAC Hoops: Eagles Sweep Mariners

Husson University men's and women's basketball teams stay unbeaten in North Atlantic Conference after sweeping Maine Maritime Academy in a doubleheader in Castine.

The men's team won 90-76 and Raheem Anderson scored 23. Eli Itkin came off the bench to add 17.

Brendan Newcomb and Tyler Thayer led the Mariners with 18 points each.

The Eagles are 2-0 in the NAC (4-1)

MMA is 0-2 and 1-5.

The Husson women's team stays unbeaten in the NAC and overall with its 65-46 victory. Darla Morales led the Eagles with 21 points, including 4-for-7 from the three-point line.

Alayne Felix led the Mariners with 18.

Husson is 2-0 NAC, 4-0 overall.
