NAC Showdown Day

It's an early season showdown Saturday in the North Atlantic Conference.  The Husson Eagles men's and women's basketball teams take on Castleton State at Newman Gymnasium and both games air live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket and stream at 929theticket.com.

All four teams scored NAC Friday night wins. The Eagles beat Green Mountain , the Spartans swept Maine Maritime Academy.

At 1pm today, it sets up the matchup on the women's side of two 3-0 teams.

At 3pm, it sets up the 3-0 Eagles vs the 2-1 Spartans on the men's side. The preseason poll had Husson and Castleton listed as the top two teams in the NAC.
