The University of Southern Maine Huskies and the St. Joseph's Monks have been placed in the NCAA Division-3 baseball regional in Harwich, Massachusetts. They  will be two of eight teams in that regional.

USM is the winner of the Little East Conference tournament and will take a 37-7 record to the New England regional. The Huskies will be the #1 seed.

St.Joe's won the Great Northeast Athletic Conference tournament and enters play with a 30-12 record. The Monks will be the #6 seed.

The eight team double elimination tournament begins Wednesday. The winner will move on to division-3 world series.
